At Shining Armor, we are driven by the belief that every individual deserves protection, opportunity, and hope. Our mission begins with youth living with disabilities—particularly those affected by ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and behavioral challenges. Through structured, skill-building programs, we provide the guidance and support they need to grow with confidence and purpose.
In addition to our work with youth, we extend our services to recently incarcerated adults, offering resources and training designed to promote stability, personal development, and successful reintegration into society.

The Founder
Shining Armor was established by Synsabrian Miller, a dedicated and visionary educator with an extensive background in special education. With more than a decade of direct classroom experience and leadership, Ms. Miller has served not only as a highly effective special education teacher but also as a department chair, where she guided instructional practices, supported fellow educators, and advocated for the success of diverse learners.
Her deep commitment to inclusive education, combined with her proven expertise in both teaching and leadership, inspired the creation of Shining Armor as a platform to provide meaningful support, resources, and advocacy for students, families, and educators alike.
Founded by Synsabrian Miller, a seasoned special education teacher and department chair, uniquely skilled at working with youth with ADHD, Autism, and behavioral challenges.
